At Zenefits, I conduct bi-monthly surveys of small business owners, HR managers, and their employees. I would gather their opinions on work issues, and use their responses to write data-rich reports and blog posts. The survey data would be picked up by top media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Good Morning America, and The Motley Fool, plus industry publications such as HR Dive and SHRM.
