When COVID-19 disrupted the world of work, HR managers and small business owners were looking for answers on how to navigate this turbulent period. Using my problem solving, creative thinking, and communication skills, I created a COVID-19 Resource Center on Workest. I posted resources to help SMBs connect with disaster relief loans and HR managers communicate with their teams. Even state governors reached out for guidance. My experience as a journalist helped me publish multiple stories a day keeping our target audience up-to-date with breaking news, which in turn increased user acquisition.
